  4. Name(s) of Author(s): centered, 12 points
  5. Full affiliation(s) and addresses of authors, including telephone and fax numbers, as well as e-mail address
  6. Abstract text (250 words maximum):
  7. Heading: flushed left, 10 points, in bold capitals, with one line space above and below
  8. Regular text: justified left and right, 10 points, single spaced, 15 to 20 lines, 250 words maximum.
  9. A maximum of 10 Keywords
